Apostle Islands

The Apostle Islands are an archipelago of 22 islands off the north shore of Wisconsin in Lake Superior. The Islands are known for known for their natural beauty including sandstone sea caves, virgin hardwood forests, pristine beaches, and crystal clear water. You can find numerous trails, lighthouses, docks, shipwrecks, and safe anchorages. The islands are also an excellent location to observe the stars as well as the northern lights as light pollution is nonexistent.


Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive at marina in Bayfield, WI in the evening. Board Boat. Walk downtown for dinner and stroll through shops. Sleep aboard boat in Marina.

Day 2

Morning sail to Devils Island Dinghy tour through sea caves. Afternoon sail to Sand Island.  Anchor in bay and hike trails or relax on beach.

Day 3

Tour lighthouse on Sand Island. Midday sail to Oak Island. Evening fire on beach.

Day 4

Start your day with a refreshing dip in Lake Superior and spend the rest of the day sailing back to the Bayfield Marina.

4 Day Trip: $675 per person*
    *Cost based on group of 4.   
Airfare not included. Multiple length trips and group sizes available.
