2025 Harborside Japan Trip Payment Page

Trip Cost: $5,195

Deposit= $300 (Due immediately to secure spot) (Non-refundable but transferable to another trip or another student)

• 2nd Payment= $1,000 by April 1, 2024

• 3rd Payment= $1575 by July 25, 2024 for the flight.

  (Please note, if a student or chaperone participant is no longer able to participate on the trip, the participant will receive a flight credit from United Airlines minus processing fees. Name changes will be possible from the student’s name to the parent’s name for a change fee with the airline, if desired.)

  Flight Information:

  Depart April 18 from O’Hare Airport in Chicago, flying direct to Tokyo and landing April 19th.

  Returning April 27th to O’Hare Airport in Chicago arriving direct from Tokyo.

  All flights will be with United Airlines.

• 4th Payment= $1,500 by October 1, 2024

• 5th Payment= $1120 by January 15th, 2025

• CHAPERONES: A $500 supplemental fee for all adult participants will be due by Jan 15, 2025.
