Trip Cost $3,200 plus airfare (Flight cost estimate: $1200)

Payment #1: $800 Flight Payment 1 (Due by november 15, 2024)

Payment #2: Flight payment 2 TBA (estimated about $400 Due by December 15, 2024)

Payment #3: $3,200 Program Fee (Due February 1, 2025)

For travel insurance, Global Treks and Adventures is not associated with anyone in particular or sells insurance directly. But, we have used travel insurance search engines like insuremytrip.com in the past and had a positive experience. They have several options you can review. There are also many other options available online, so we recommend taking some time to find a plan that fits your individual preferences. Please note, while recommended, it is not required to purchase travel insurance.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees apply and are due to Global Treks and Adventures LLC at the time (prior to departure) we receive written notice of your cancellation.

  • 46 + days: Refund minus flight cost (Flight payments will be issued in the form of a voucher with the airline)

  • 0 - 45 days: 0% Refund
