2027 Harborside Italy Trip Payment Page

Trip Cost: $3,595 + Flight

Deposit= $300 (Due immediately to secure spot) (Non-refundable but transferable to another trip or another student)

• 2nd Payment= $1,647.50 by May 1, 2026

  (Please note, if a student or chaperone participant is no longer able to participate on the trip, the participant will receive a flight credit from the airline minus processing fees.)

• 2nd Payment= $1,647.50 by August 1, 2026

• 3rd Payment= $remainder based on flight cost by October 1, 2026

• CHAPERONES: A $500 supplemental fee for all adult participants will be due by August 1, 2026.
